  Cracked tiles glued together and painted over, At least a dozen. Paint is powdery and porous, has gone black with mildew and has moss growing on the tiles. So called you beaut flexible pointing is separating from the tiles and ridge capping. All this after 5 years. Top 2 Bottom say there is nothing wrong with the roof.
  Roof now looks worse than before the job was done.
